Daniel Dzurov ~ Managing Director
Daniel holds a Masters Degree in Mechanical Engineering with specialisation in Economics and Management, as well as numerous web development, database connectivity and scripting Diplomas.
As the founding Director of XTmotion, Daniel has gained a great deal of experience in business management and has been developing leading websites since the late 1990s.
In a nutshell, Daniel is a truly commercially minded internet, website and interactive technology professional.
Derryn Coetzee ~ Director
Derryn holds a Bachelor of Technology – Marketing Degree, plus a Diploma in Interactive and Direct Marketing.
Derryn has been an integral player in developing & implementing integrated marketing and commercial website strategies since 1996, working for IBM, The Institute for International Research, GKN, Meta4, Reed Elsevier and Informa.
Derryn has also enjoyed lecturing on Strategic and Marketing Management at various tertiary institutions.
Neil Dickson ~ Project & Account Manager
Neil is passionate about creating profitable website solutions, with a user-centered design approach, which means you’ll make more money from your website. An enhanced knowledge of the online marketing, social media and general online trends such as applications, SEO, link building and online administration of blogs and forums.
Extensive knowledge of mobile and web applications,Wordpress and CMS systems.
Neil is an experienced traveller and has been lucky to have been able to spend extended periods in India, Nepal and South America.
Martin Minka ~ Head of Development
Martin worked as leading programmer and analyst on web-based projects for a global insurance company.
Martin has 17 years of programming experience, including building multiple programming frameworks.
He is also a Linux enthusiast and has prepared and deployed many successful infrastructure projects.
His current life is devoted to his young family and providing best practice solutions to our clients.
